Laptop Policy - The laptops will be used in class for taking data, and looking at the manual/help pages. You should not be using the browser for any use other than lab-related pages. You should turn off any other email or "IM" type activities while in the lab room.

Online help pages! For selected labs, there may be an on-line "help" webpage containing images related to the setup or operation of the lab experiment. The intent is for you to use those help pages "live" in the lab, as you are doing the experiment.
When are the lab reports due? Unless otherwise indicated by the instructor - the labs are due at the start of the next lab meeting.
Portions of the following laboratory manual have been adapted from materials originally developed by Priscilla Laws, David Sokoloff and Ronald Thornton for Scientific Thinking, RealTime Physics and Workshop Physics curricula. You are free to use (and modify) this manual only for non-commercial educational uses. The experiments you will be using were modified from those adapted from the above by Scott Schneider.
