Howell Michigan has a Balloon festival every year - very cool! I took along the camera with a variety of lenses and tried for some sequence shots (and made animated gifs of them - since they take up so much space, I left the resolution low .. you can still get the idea I think):
Balloons go up ... balloons go down ...
Mrs. Butterworth and a Bear ... please stand up!
And the ferris wheel just a keeps on spinning ..
.. let's pan around and see the area ..
.. everyone always takes off without the Penguin!
oh, wait .. there he goes .. whew! 
.. night falls and the balloons begin to glow ...
